In this class, learn how to activate sacred geometric energy and raise the vibration within your space and within your physical body. Once you learn how to do this, you will be able to create a sacred space which will enhance your energetic protection and benefit the inhabitants of that space. You also will enjoy greater focus and clarity when you learn how to awaken the three primary shapes in your body, in your mind and within your energy field.
You will receive a manual of lineage teachings to take home to use this technique again and again.

Astral Travel
Astral Travel is learning how to expand your consciousness and awareness during meditation. I was taught to fear conscious astral travel, so learning the ancient lineage technique of conscious astral traveling safely was a beautiful gift.
You will experience a journey while you are in class, and you also will be provided the materials and step-by-step directions to astral travel safely when you are at home.

Spiritual Intuition
Expand your spiritual intuition and use it to upgrade all aspects of your life.
During this class, go through guided exercises to open up your clairvoyance, your clairaudience and your clairsentience. You will begin to recognize how your intuition shows up for you and let go of your attachments to what your intuition ‘should’ look like.
You will receive a manual that contains simple instructions for expanding your intuitive abilities after you get home.

If you like to be led through high vibration meditations, this class is for you! Taught by senior guide Sarah Smriga, this class furthers your intuition development while teaching you new meditation and visualization techniques. Empower Thyself is a two-day Program and Initiation, and it is a natural step after a Life Activation. It is for those who are seeking to deepen their own spiritual understanding and awareness.

Healers academy
If you are drawn to becoming a Life Activation Practitioner yourself, you may choose to continue on the path to attend Healers Academy. Healers Academy is a 5-day training taught by a panel of teachers in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Practicing the Life Activation during this training brought me to tears – the light was so profoundly palpable as it flowed in. Afterwards, sharing the gift of a Life Activation with others has been so fulfilling and joy-filled that I look forward every day to the opportunity to serve others with this wonderful ancient modality.
